Lydia and Jim’s Wedding in Coloma, CA

Oh, I love love. and it was everywhere in the air Saturday at Lydia and Jim’s beautiful wedding in the historic Emmanuel Church in Coloma, CA, where the gold rush began.  Built in 1855 it is the oldest Episcopal church building in the state.  The funeral services of James Marshall, who first discovered gold in CA, were held at this church in 1885.  The reception was held in Pollack Pines at the Sierra Springs clubhouse.  Lots of great food, cake, merrymaking, and dancing!  I had so much fun!  I even got to play ping pong with Lydia’s son, Dylan.  Doesn’t get any better!
