Last Saturday Caitlin and Nico were married in a gorgeous outdoor ceremony beneath the redwoods just off of the Northern California coast, near Santa Cruz, on the beautiful grounds of the Sand Rock Farm. The fog burnt off by mid-day and the sun was beaming through the thick tree canopy onto the lush landscape. The reception was held in the 1885 Barrel Aging Cellar, now open to the sky, where Caitlin and Nico performed a wonderful first dance as husband and wife before family and friends. The delicious meal was prepared on site and the wedding cake was topped by a cool antique bike replica as Nico is an avid cyclist. I had a super time and it was an honor to be selected as their photographer. I know Nico would have loved to have been able to watch part of the Amgen Tour of California, which began the next day, but they were off their honeymoon.
