I first met Katie at Stevie and Lyle’s Folsom wedding in 2009, now it’s her and Kevin’s turn, in 2013. Katie and Kevin are a fun couple, great sense of humor, and we met up for their engagement session at the gorgeous Empire Mine State Park in Grass Valley, CA. The park closes at 5pm so we headed over to Northstar Mine Powerhouse to finish up the shoot and milk the last bit of light left in the day. So many photo ops, easy just to keep shooting, … lots of great pics. Very much looking forward to their wedding next March in Sacramento! Katie’s not a last minute bride, .. planning is all done!
