Over the the last month, as the wedding season has slowed, I’ve taken some time to submit some 20 of my recent favorite photos, mostly taken over the last six months or so, to BetterPhotos monthly photography contest. Out of the 15,000 to 20,000 photos submitted each month, in various categories by amateur and pro photogs alike, several hundred are chosen as “Editors Pick” and are then considered for the next stage of the contest which are finalists and eventual winnners. Of those 20 or so photos submitted I have garnered 11 Editors Pick awards. Pretty cool and an honor to some of them selected! I have a bunch more favorites to submit yet, .. max 1 per day, but often don’t find the time to do so. You can see all my Editors Picks awards here on my website.
