Last Sunday I met Shauneen and Ty at the beautifully landscaped Empire Mine State Park in Grass Valley, CA to shoot their engagement photos. They brought along their pooch, Boo, who graciously posed for a few shots as well. Thanks to Shauneen’s mom for helping out with Boo, and to my daughter, Dora, for helping me out with my equipment. Shauneen and Ty are such a sweet, easy going couple and I’m looking forward to photographing their wedding next year in June at Lake Wildwood.
After the session at Empire Mine we proceeded to the Railroad Museum in Nevada City for more photos. Another great setting for photos, and Shauneen said her dad likes trains so I bet he’s going to like these. The photos came out fantastic and I especially like the ones that capture so clearly the love that they hold for one another. They were a delight to work with, what a great job I have!
