What a beautiful day for a car show Saturday! Like summer. Grass Valley closed off the streets in town and held the annual G. V. Downtown Car Show. What a photo op for me! Hundreds of gorgeous, gleaming old cars in tip top shape. The very friendly car owners were more than happy to tell you anything you wanted to know about their mechanical works of art. My two youngest daughters, who came with me, were not so impressed but they got to sit in some of the cars and honk the horns, and the icee’s and ice cream made it all worth while for them, too.
